You qualify for reduced fees if any of the following relates to you:

You and/or your dependents financially qualify for any of the following benefits (whether you receive the benefits or not):

• Disability

• Nutrition (SNAP or WIC)

• Housing

• Energy Assistance

• Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

• Medicaid or CHIP

• Temporary Assistance to Needy Families

• Unemployment Compensation

OR

Your household income is insufficient to meet household needs and pay for art.

There are two levels of reduction 50% and 90%.  Call 563-239-9377 to register for your chosen class.  When you call, indicate that you are registering for a reduced fee at the percentage that best fits your situation. 

You will need to provide a credit card or debit card number in order to pay over the phone.  Please do not leave that information in a voicemail.  If we are not available when you telephone, leave your name and phone number, and we will return your call as soon as possible during our operating hours.
