In this 3-day workshop, Louise Kames will teach foundational skills in bookbinding while creating hardcover and one-of-a-kind book structures. We'll make a hardcover, flat-back book, a Japanese stab binding, and simple one-page accordion fold structures. This introduction to basic book-making tools, materials, and structures will equip you with the knowledge and skills to make these bindings again in different sizes and materials.
